This notice is a plain-language launch draft. It must be reviewed with the brokerage’s compliance requirements before paid advertising or a production form is activated.
What we collect
When you send a request, the site may collect the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, property community, timing and message. The form asks only for information that helps Odette reply to the request.
Why we use it
Your details are used to respond to the requested property, land, buying or selling conversation. If you separately check the optional marketing box, your email may also be used to send occasional local real-estate updates. That optional consent is not required to receive a reply to your request.
Who may receive it
Information may be handled by Odette LeBlanc-Babineau, Keller Williams Capital Realty and the approved tools used to deliver the website, form, inbox or customer relationship management system. The final production form provider and retention details must be confirmed before launch.
Your choices
You can ask about your information, request a correction, or withdraw optional marketing consent by emailing [email protected]. Commercial email updates will include an unsubscribe option.
Cookies and advertising
If analytics or advertising tags are added, the production site should clearly explain them and provide the appropriate consent choices before non-essential marketing tracking is used. The launch version should not make site access conditional on accepting optional advertising tracking.
